I am writing because I need (1) room at your hotel (2) five nights.

I hope to arrive on (3) 7th of June and leave on the 12th (4) June. I am looking for a double room (5) a bath, and I will need a telephone in the room. If possible, I (6) prefer a room on the ground floor, and it needs to (7) very quiet.

I will be arriving (8) car, so if you have parking facilities, that would be (9) useful. Finally, could you tell me (10) the restaurant closes, as I am hoping to have a meal when I arrive, which could be quite late.
